What are the best aspects of this product?

I can automate my sending of invoices to clients using TimeSolv. The app can be integrated with QuickBooks and LawPay for automated payment. Easier and faster way to do business especially for routine bills. The customer representatives are very helpful and very informative but it takes a while to learn how to use the application. Relying on just the online tutorials is not much help so thank goodness for the reps who have the patience to deal with me.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The interface needs to be more user friendly and prettier. Wish that I can integrate documents or other third-party applications with the app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Flexible—I can use it with different sizes and amounts of work per client. I can arrange various payment arrangements and transfer of funds. Takes little time to process invoicing and billing.
