Great software

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's web-based, so anyone on a PC or a Mac can use it from pretty much anywhere. It's intuitive, so there isn't a big learning curve.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The retainer feature seems underdeveloped, and doesn't track accounting-wise with what we actually do with retainers -- but we've found a work-around.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

There are few reports that I'd like to see developed, such as a way to print out the related parties for one matter.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We wanted everyone to enter their own time, in real time. Our previous product did not lend itself to this, but TimeSolv does this quite well.
