What are the best aspects of this product?

TimeSolv is an easy to use application which helped us with tracking our hours and billing and invoicing with clients. What I really love about them is how they take care of their own clients: they provide a 30-day trial which can be extended for a week if you are still undecided, online tutorials and online support, and they receive feedback from clients through a forum which they then apply on their updates.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish for it to have a customizable or simpler way of invoicing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has mainly saved us time in tracking the billable hours and other expenses with a client and issuing invoices.
