What are the best aspects of this product?
I love the calendar set up in this application. I can easily view the billed hours per client on a weekly or monthly basis. It is so practical. It made billing easier and fun.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The chat function for contacting support would be nice.

Less time spent processing billing stuff.
