What are the best aspects of this product?
The best billing program I have ever used! And the transition has been flawless with the help of their customer representatives. They take their time in explaining and walking us through on how to use the application. The application itself is so easy to use, so simple! Our lawyers can just input their activities for the day and the app would record it so at the end of the month there’s no need for the tedious task of inputting hours. Plus, it is way cheaper than my previous app.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
None, this is the best app I have ever used.
