What are the best aspects of this product?
I can't think of any. There are a lot of deficits. The program doesn't work well and there are a lot of errors. The customer support is minimal. Most of the representatives don't seem to know how the program works.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The program is very buggy. When doing bills, the dates of time entries seemed to change on their own, the customer service representatives are poorly trained. I asked 3 different people how to handle one issue and got 3 very different answers, none of which seemed to work.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I won't be going back.

It was expensive; however, I think I will go back to timeslips because it works well and customer support is knowledgeable.
