Makes billing clients very easy and efficient. Also looks very professional and easy for clients to dicipher and read.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Could use better training on closing out files. Forced to navigate on my own as customer service rep did not return call to provide tutorial that was promised. On line training moves too fast and just skims surface.
