What are the best aspects of this product?

TimeSolv is so easy to navigate on. I was so nervous to use it at first but with its simple interface and the daily tips on how to use the app, I got that hang of using it and I was actually happy at how comprehensive it is. Plus the customer service is always responsive and helpful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

None, I love all its features and would want nothing else.
