What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that through Timetrade I get monthly view of schedules and this means that clients and prospects can easily choose time slot that works for both of us. The system is user friendly. I like that it offers additional customization of adding photo and message so we can make it even more personalized. In addition, there is great integration with Outlook calendar which is extremely helpful for my workday.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could improve the options for embedding emails and website. I have made custom button and I could hyperlink my timetrade link. Also, sometimes scheduled timetrade meetings will be available on the calendar but there is no email notification about it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to find perfect time on everyone’s calendars for meeting. It saves time for all parties, I can send link to the client or prospect and allow them the convenience at booking a time. We don’t have to waste our time in order to find percet time for the meeting.
