PROS: Setup was surprisingly simple. User interface was excellent. It functions just as I expected it to be. With that in mind, clients were able to set appointments conveniently in under a day after sending out my initial link to their e-mails.

CONS: While this may appear like an unimportant and silly comment, their logo looks way too simple --- simple enough to be boring. It's kinda like the logo you see with Google. Maybe keeping their logo interesting could propel them to greater heights?

PROS: I love the fact that whenever someone books on with the tool, it automatically syncs and posts with Outlook. As a result, I finally abandoned Acuity after discovering this. But give credit to Acuity for its GUI and referral program although logging on it was a big issue. What's more, TT doesn't have me going back and forth with clients just to set up to connect.

CONS: With everything that TT has offered me these past several months, everything was smooth. But if there's one thing that needs enhancements, it's the tool's UI. But then again, looks isn't everything when it easily makes up for it performancewise.

PROS: I like that through Timetrade I get monthly view of schedules and this means that clients and prospects can easily choose time slot that works for both of us. The system is user friendly. I like that it offers additional customization of adding photo and message so we can make it even more personalized. In addition, there is great integration with Outlook calendar which is extremely helpful for my workday.

CONS: They could improve the options for embedding emails and website. I have made custom button and I could hyperlink my timetrade link. Also, sometimes scheduled timetrade meetings will be available on the calendar but there is no email notification about it.

PROS: My customers can easily book their preferred scheduled through a single e-mail request. It offers Outlook integration for my company. Configuration is really easy and straightforward. I can easily set up different kinds of meetings/time blocks for my business.

CONS: It lacks mobile functionality. But then again, it's not something that I really need or a "must-have." It doesn't have ability to sync on all personal and business calendars. There's no automated feature that allows people to add other people to an already scheduled event. Getting people scheduled for a single meeting still requires doing it manually.

PROS: One of the best things about using Time Trade is the fact that is saves lot of time and it increases efficiencies. PROS: I like that I can configure numbers of various messages and meeting templates and to customize the type of meeting I want to schedule. I’m using more than 5 different templates to account for various lenght of meetings and method of communication like web conference, phone and other.

CONS: When you come to setting up the available time slots through the week can be cumbersome process because it requires doing repetitive things instead of using more-friendlu way for implementing functinality. In the past, the integrations with MS Outlook for Mac wasn’t clear but they’ve improved it since.

PROS: One of the best things about using Time Trade is the fact that is saves lot of time and it increases efficiencies.
