What are the best aspects of this product?
I love the fact that whenever someone books on with the tool, it automatically syncs and posts with Outlook. As a result, I finally abandoned Acuity after discovering this. But give credit to Acuity for its GUI and referral program although logging on it was a big issue. What's more, TT doesn't have me going back and forth with clients just to set up to connect.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
With everything that TT has offered me these past several months, everything was smooth. But if there's one thing that needs enhancements, it's the tool's UI. But then again, looks isn't everything when it easily makes up for it performancewise.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I feel like I have additional limbs. I would make an estimate of somewhere around 10 minutes or so for time schedule saved. I'd normally book around 5 account reviews daily, thus saving me an entire day weekly. A highly recommended app for those dealing with customer care, sales, or consulting. Simply amazing!
