What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that through TimeTrade we are able to provide personalized service to our customers which improves customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty and it increases sales growth as well. We prefer live conversation with our customers and this system helps us to do the right thing.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It lacks option to run quick report of upcoming meetings. In addition, they could improve the design of the product but since it works perfectly this is not big deal.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It offers lot of scheduling options which are easy for both us and our clients, we can send URL as invitation for the appointment. This is perfect tool for sales,consulting and customer support team.
