PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

My customers can easily book their preferred scheduled through a single e-mail request. It offers Outlook integration for my company. Configuration is really easy and straightforward. I can easily set up different kinds of meetings/time blocks for my business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It lacks mobile functionality. But then again, it's not something that I really need or a "must-have." It doesn't have ability to sync on all personal and business calendars. There's no automated feature that allows people to add other people to an already scheduled event. Getting people scheduled for a single meeting still requires doing it manually.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Nowdays, customers like interacting or meeting with sales representatives on their own time. With this tool, it lets me add in a link for my customers that would dictate their own time for me to reach out and call them. All my customers prefer this approach.
