PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The ease of use and setup are really strong. The system is a strong competitor for the larger POS like Micros and Aloha. The back end reporting is also strong, although can be improved. They are working on that! It has allowed us to really gain insight into all of our stores. We have 6 locations, and having an enterprise level system really helps

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The user permissions could use some tweaking and better safeguards put in place for enterprise customers.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

They really need to update the quick edit/86 function. Currently the only way to 86 an item is through quick edit mode. However, this gives the user the ability to change names add items and adjust pricing. This is a risk to restaurant operators.
