PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

You can pretty much do whatever you want with it. The backend and reporting are amazing! There is a ton of flexibility with the system. I also like that you can make changes on the backend and choose when to publish them. The morning email report is also very helpful to get a quick glance at what took place the prior day.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The closing out process is somewhat confusing and could use some work.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

There really isn't anything that is missing. It is a very all encompassing solution.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our old POS limited what we could do with it. With Toast, we are just scratching the surface of what we can do. The possibilities are virtually endless. Reporting is a big item that was solved as well as having visibility to what the employees were doing in terms of voids, discounts, etc.
