What are the best aspects of this product?
The user interface for both the POS and the back of the house functions are very easy to use.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some of the search functions are lacking (different filtering) and the cloud computing can be a bit slow when generating larger reports.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
More online customer supports. While we can check balances for cards and rewards from our pos or back house computer, it would be nice to be able customer a website.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Being able to adapt to new items and promotions quickly and easily. Our old POS was way too complicated when adding in items.
