PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Easy for single restaurant or small chain. Quick menu setup, very little effort. Devices available are pretty solid, and easy to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This is not for medium/large businesses. There is no enterprise-level ability to speak of. They tried, but it did not work well at all. You can only work with one store at a time but have to dive deep to see more than one store at any level of setup or programming. 3rd party integration is a nightmare, as their database is not consistent across the data set. They seem to have a lot of outages on system connectivity and credit card processing.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

A true top level heirarchy of control across large enterprises. One menu, many locations, no confusion of items and plates.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

3rd party integration continues to be a bad point. Many outages and hardware breaks often.
