What are the best aspects of this product?

The fact it is cloud based - you can access it anywhere and have real time data.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes the servers are offline - as with anything with technology there are draw backs. However they have a solution to this with offline mode which works great.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Saving CC cards

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We used to hand write tickets for kitchen. With a Kitchen Display screen AND a printer the kitchen is on par with the pizza stations.
