PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Easy to change things 'on the fly'. Easy to implement, and great pricing on hardware/labor for sofware installation. Their customer support is very attentive and can be inventive with 'work arounds. We are also happy that all handheld tablets are equipped with emv chip readers.

Financing through their partner Acentium Capital was also very easy--though they did not warn us ahead of time that you need a 'proof of insurance' and almost added on additional costs without warning.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Terrible for full-service restaurants because you: Cannot track fire times, cannot implement a good BIN system for wine, cannot directly connect to BINWise, Avero, or RESERVE.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Fast bar screen that allows actual seat numbers. A BIN system for wine that doesn't involve alphabetical buttons. The ability to actually see fire times on screen. Ability to fire courses multiple times (if you misfire a course then it's not easy to unfire it or refire it at all).

Availability of terminals. Easy access to technical support.
