PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

This Point Of Sale System is so user friendly. It takes very little time to learn and literally walks you through each part of a guest's order. As long as the owner takes the time in the beginning with menu design, you will have very few if any issues.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have not found any yet!!

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

We are so happy with our system right now, we cant think of anything.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are getting a much more accurate view of our business. When we took over this business, the staff was hand writing tickets and we were not seeing every sale being correctly rang in. Some sales were not being rang in at all. This system has fixed that issue for us and we could not be more pleased.
