PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Toast is overall a great product with many features and they are constantly updating their program to make it better every week. The offline mode is great when internet connection is lost and its user friendly interface is great. Master Menu Management saves me a ton of time and their Inventory Manager is fantastic and is even integrated with my GFS accounts which makes me life a lot easier.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Just a few printing tweeks and or updates could be used. I dont like the fact that I have to use an Epson TM-20. Really wish they would make their program compatible with the Cognitive DLX printers.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Would be cool if Toast would/could create an App for each of it's restaurants so the customers could place their orders through the App and it would be integrated so it would go straight through the KDS. They also put the servers first and last name on the labels that we place with the food that created one problem with employee security but it is on the list to be fixed on the next update.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

No being able to process credit cards due to internet loss. Online Ordering Integration. Master Menu Management is fantastic for the restaurants with 3 or more stores. I have 5 so when I make a change to one store it changes it for all 5. Fantastic feature that saves me a ton of time and keeps the stores consistent on their tablets.
