What are the best aspects of this product?
online ordering. easy to use. easy to train employees. easy to read reports of sales and end of days summaries. attentive company. the technician who set up my software still picks up the phone and is quick to help me with any questions I may have. great incentives for existing customers to help company rewards systems, physical gift card compatibility without having to use another company. it's all in one. it's the best.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
the only issue I have had is that you can either have ONLY physical receipts or digital receipts but not the option for both when you need them, but know this company they will have a solution for that in the future.

a way to send reports to QuickBooks without a third party
