PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Ease of use. Training has been very smooth for employees. Implementation was facilitated by Toast and our switch from Micros to Toast went without a hiccup. Speed of service has improved due to the ease of functionality for our FOH staff. Back office is very simple to understand and use for management.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Reporting needs to be looked at. The ability to print reports could be improved. There are certain reporting aspects that we would like to see that are currently unavailable.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Updates on reporting. We are still yet to use table side tablet service.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Speed of service. Time spent in back office by management trying to figure out how to make changes or troubleshoot issues that are solved easily with Toast.

Micros was an old version that was out of date and very difficult to use. Toast has been a blessing in that it is very user friendly.
