Customer support has always been amazing! I do not have to use them a lot because the system is very easy to learn.

Literally nothing.

The option to use Digital receipts or paper receipts when the server goes to pay a check.

A LOt! Tickets were not being printed to the kitchen. Whole tickets were being lost. If the internet was down, I couldn’t make any sales.
