What are the best aspects of this product?

Enterprise level solution for our franchise at a fraction of the cost of the other "tier 1" systems

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Customer support is border line useless at Level 1. The infrastructure of the company is still not fully compatible with franchise systems but is heading in a good direction.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Temporarily disabling online ordering should have a date/time selection field of when it will automatically turn back on instead of having to always toggle manually (leads to a lot of days where online ordering is inadvertently left off)

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The ability to put to together a multi-unit/franchise solution with enterprise reporting, online ordering, gift cards, etc. at a price point that was palatable to the franchisees.
