What are the best aspects of this product?
It's tough to blame price for being a big reason to switch, but it's definitely a factor at the top of the pack. Right up there with affordability, the mobile support is amazing! Being able to check in-depth store analytics from my iPhone or Android or Tablet or PC helps keep everything in line. Best of all, the data available is very comprehensible and easy to customize.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are certain limitations that exists with functionality that may exist on other platforms but, they are always developing the software.

Better integration with The LevelUp company.
