What are the best aspects of this product?

Toggl is amazing! It works perfectly on any device and operating system. It's so consistent whether you use the app or access it through the web.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The support team is so responsive that I don't even have a chance to hate on the app when something fails because they resolve it so easily.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Toggl allows me to manage my time easily. I get less stressed now because I no longer get overwhelmed with the amount of work I need to do.
