Best features of Toggl: (1) it notifies you if you're not using your app or if you might have forgotten to turn it off; (2) it has a straighforward interface; (3) it is accessible in any of your devices.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The free version has very limited features, and it's not easy to get the paid version because of it's expensive.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us manage our time and budget. We get to see where we're spending so much of our time, and if it significantly affects our budget. It basically increased our efficiency and productivity!
