What are the best aspects of this product?

Toggl is super! I love it because of the ease of use and its many features! It allows me to easily create new projects and organize it based on the clients. It also allows me to review every aspect of the prject so I would know the bottlenecks and which tasks require more time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is a limited guide available to help users with the best practices. The free version is quite hard to use but every thing gets better once you use it a few times.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm now able to assess if my time is being used efficiently on a project, and if I'm getting paid right for my services.
