What are the best aspects of this product?
Straightforward and simple billing templates. It allows me send automatic payment reminder to my clients before the due date. I have not missed collection of single payment ever since I started using TopNotepad. I would say these two features invoicing, payment reminder, expenses tracking are the best.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing glaring so far. Need to get into details of each feature to be able to comment.

I am good.

I need not know book-keeping but still I can manage my books, no technical expertise needed. I just bill my clients and key in my expenses the rest is done by the software.
