What are the best aspects of this product?

This system does a good job offering quality service to my customers. Its functionality and quickness gives servers plenty of time to interact with guests while having zero order errors.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's absolutely nothing bad with this system. All in all, it did a lot more good in our food business. We're glad we discovered this gym. My management and staff absolutely love it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Mistakes with orders are few as the staff inputs everything in the iPad. Customers are swiftly altered by the server for any forseeable charges on a certain order. If a staff forgets punching in at the beginning of the shift, adjustments can easily be made.
