Pros: Portability. Servers are able to spend more 1:1 time with a guest as everything is done on a hand held device (iPad) instead of having to run to a standalone POS

Cons: Occasional minor bugs when a new iOS is introduced.

Pros: This tool is an example of an adaptive POS. This is one system that can help you manage things conveniently. If there are things you don't favor, you can always throw out suggestions or make requests. It seems every update has something new being integrated.

Cons: There have been slow-downs at the tables since background printing is essential absent for both receipts and kitchen Chits. But I truly feel this is something that they'll work hard to improve on. I hope future updates will make things easier.
