PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I've been making use of this tool for several years without any problems. We recently made an upgrade to add more terminals and a PRO Server. Looking at both, it appears to be the best business investment we've made. I highly recommend this awesome tool to businesses out there.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far, we haven't come across any serious problems with this tool. Their support team has been nothing but fantastic. If there happens to be any changes or any issue we've come across, we'll update this review. Since using this product, we have yet to experience any hiccups.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have now added a number of iPads as POS terminals. This has been an incremental upgrade from our older POS System. The tool won't requre the user to ahve advanced technical knowledge. This makes it fantastic for all restaurant owners seeking a simpler solution that won't need support to set things up.
