There are way too many things to love about this system. It's definitely modern and works on a user-friendly approach. It's definitely scalable and effective in terms of cost.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It didn't come with a pre-installed inventory management functionality. While it may not appear as significant, it would be even better as a standard feature.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

TouchBistro has a squeaky clean UI. Anyone can easily learn from it (unlike other systems that overwhelm you with way too many features). It lets you make changes on the UI on the spot. We're able to make ROI calculations swiftly and easily. Our CPA thanks us for this!
