What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool is an example of an adaptive POS. This is one system that can help you manage things conveniently. If there are things you don't favor, you can always throw out suggestions or make requests. It seems every update has something new being integrated.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There have been slow-downs at the tables since background printing is essential absent for both receipts and kitchen Chits. But I truly feel this is something that they'll work hard to improve on. I hope future updates will make things easier.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to replace our lone POS station with several iPads. They're basically paying on their own. This time around, orders are being rung the right way. We're no longer worried about missing inventory like desserts, fruits, or drinks. Sales have gone up tremendously since using this tool.
