What are the best aspects of this product?
TouchBistro is a POS that's highly adaptive. It's a system that you'll wind up using for good. Anything you don't favor with it, you can freely throw out suggestions or send requests. With every update, there's always some new integration involved. New employees can easily be trained with this app. Support was nothing but fantastic.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We tend to face slow-downs at the tables since there isn't any background printing available for kitchen Chits and receipts. But I'm confident this is something they'll work out soon.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We completely replaced our lone POS station with several iPads since they're capable of paying for themselves. Orders are rung the right way. No fuss over missing desserts and drinks. Sales have shot up. The system is functioning sharply and fan (thanks to it being ultra portable). An easy-to-use system that can easily be used for training.
