What are the best aspects of this product?

TouchBistro had made things easier and convenient. It's simple to utilize and I love how it can make adjustments on the fly in a menu whenever new items are brought.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Despite a number of requests, I'm still not able to find the right solution when it comes to displaying a second currency for a customer's overall bill. It's a drawback that I hope will be resolve in the near future.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There are lot of positive pointers with TouchBistro. Customer bills look professionally made, statistics are excellent, and they even have several accounting functionality.
