What are the best aspects of this product?
One standout functionality is how it's simple to set up and train employees. My training time is slashed in half compared to the traditional approach. It's not just about training people quickly, but completely eradicating user errors with the current ordering system. It also makes for easy chits for the kitchen.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There's really nothing to dislike with this system. We'd love to see an update where you can "86" a specific item quickly. Right now, I don't see that option.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We wanted to make our order entry quicker and handle big tables capable of requesting split tickets. TouchBistro does an excellent job on these and makes sure tickets are properly rung.
