What are the best aspects of this product?
TouchBistro is really simple to setup. Customer service has been fantastic. I like the fact that they update consistently for the several months we've been using this tool. Training from this system has been nothing but excellent. Highly recommended.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be a nice addition if there's some kind of a training mode available for new staff. It took us a bit of time to understand how to put up our craft cocktails as well as other modifiers. Further practice information should be displayed to make this tool more helpful.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Reporting, splitting bills, and trading up tables when required are now easier and simpler to do thanks to this awesome tool. We find TouchBistro to be a fantastic software in opening up a new food service establishment. Our servers have never been thrilled in how it made their jobs a lot easier.
