What are the best aspects of this product?
It's very simple to set up and use. Nowadays, having an iPad is the way to go. Most people are familiar playing around with iOS so expect little or no learning curve from users.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Setting up the menu can be a bit of challenge especially when dealing you a lot included. Almost everything is done via an iPad, so set up may take awhile to do. TB will do its thing inputting and setting up menu at a reasonable pricing so you can get things running right away.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Having a precise order entry and training were my biggest issues in the food business. But when it came to TB, orders are immediately routed to kitchen easily. The kitchen is free from trying to read out tickets and asking how orders are made.
