What are the best aspects of this product?

Easy to use and setup. Don't have to be an expert to use it or to set it up. Customer Service is busy most times but will call you back if you need help

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Problems when there is updates, the main server then requires you to put the password in right away. Apple updates cause some issues from time to time as well

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Would like to see more online options
Editing time clocks online, editing menu online, editing cost or inventory online
