What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the convenience it offers to our staff when it comes to inputting items and clicking to see through all ingredients rather than going to the kitchen to ask. Reporting is precise since it shows when and what' selling. I love how we can get an overview of people coming in on that day.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing to complain here. Pricing and setup process were what we've been looking for the entire time. It also happens to be user-friendly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's a relieft not having to go all the way to the kitchen for an ingredient. It greatly saved our counter plenty thanks to this platform.
