Ease of use. Customer support. Ease of setup and continued changes/maintenance. Variety of functions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Very little - a few aesthetic tweeks like colours, and font sizes for visually disabled people.

Larger fonts available. Less steps at adding modifiers.
