What are the best aspects of this product?
Ease of use. Customer support. Ease of setup and continued changes/maintenance. Variety of functions.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Very little - a few aesthetic tweeks like colours, and font sizes for visually disabled people.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Larger fonts available. Less steps at adding modifiers.

Inventory tracking. Communication issues between kitchen and FOH. Confusion regarding tabs/tracking orders.
