What are the best aspects of this product?
The system itself is as basic as it comes --- similar to an iPhone. A majority of my employees were able to make use of it with little or no training. Programwise, it needs a bit of attention. Otherwise, TB is very easy to use.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be a treat to have further control on what should be printed on the ticket. I prefer customizing specific times and listed ingredients in tems of how they're laid out as well as their details. All in all, this is just a tiny complaint from an already great system.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
One major upside it gave us is consistency in all levels (especially when it comes to pricing). I like how it's easy to make taxes and inventory reports.
