PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the fact that there's no longer a need to making handwritten receipts. We get to view our own "best selling" items from the menu and modifying the ones that aren't selling well. We're able to set budget monthly for entertainment purposes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some things that I don't like this with tool. For instance, discounted items need to be made more than once whenever the discounted item is entered in the system and when receiving payment. It takes some time to set up the menu and its items. Whenever there's broken internet connection or power failure, the system will need to be reset.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's great for a lot of things. The staff will no longer have to miss out on writing down the items when they're busy. There's further control of inventory. Owners can now share their reports with ease. Using apps on the iPHone to view daily sales makes things convenient.
