What are the best aspects of this product?
The good thing with this tool is its mobility. TouchBistro is simple to utilize and can easily be handled on an iPad. A lot of tools in the market these days are advertising how "user-friendly" they are. But only a select few are. This tool is one of those products.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I hate the fact that I had to resort to uploading the whole menu manually. It would've been easier to get it imported the easier route. Sadly, there's no option available. I hope an update in the near future will make this possible.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're trying to resolve issues that limit or hamper our precision, productivity, and efficiency. The wait staff can now take in orders from the tool itself. Customers can directly make payment using the iPad provided. Customer cards will no longer be left out of sight.
