I find the app to be user-friendly. We're making use of the system for the restaurant that we're running in East Africa. A lot of thanks goes to this handy app. Firing it up is easy and training our staff in how to use it is so easy! The latest ingredients tracking/reporting functionality has been exceptional in keep costs under control.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't like the fact that you need to input menus from your iPad. I was hoping there was a simple method of doing this directly from the itself. Maybe some updates can be done to make it possible for me to update menus like this in the future?

We're more than capable of forecasting from the data we're getting from this app. It enabled us to prepare and plan better. It saved us a great deal of money and time.
