What are the best aspects of this product?

I've been on both ends of this tool. From what I can see, the part that I like most with this POS system is that once you're up at the cashier, your favorite food or drink will already be waiting while you're waiting in line. The wait staff can directly take your order on the spot! It's simple and easy to comprehend.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Right now, it's a bit expensive. But if you're looking for a POS system that can tremendously improve how you run your business, then this tool is the ultimate answer. There's nothing like it in the market in terms of convenience, speed, and efficiency.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'd say the biggest upside offered by TouchBistro is that it gives us end-users one of the most important things in business: service. With this tool, service has improved tremendously. This made both my employees and customers happier.
