PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Portability. Servers are able to spend more 1:1 time with a guest as everything is done on a hand held device (iPad) instead of having to run to a standalone POS

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Occasional minor bugs when a new iOS is introduced.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

More options around "Accounts"
Being able to archive, print reports, etc.

Easier to use more robust system at the fractoin of the cost.
