What are the best aspects of this product?
It's really simple to use. Reports and menus can be customized. We were able to completely realize when our schedule is busy. What's more, we now have a concise idea which products are being sold at certain times. So, that's a really good thing for us!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The TouchBistro Cloud is currently in its beta stage. For first time users, it can confuse a lot of bookkeepers. Fortunately, their support is available in case you have a hard time getting through it. Other than that, nothing much else.

The tool has done wonders for our business. Employees are happier and transactions are done in a swift manner. The UI has a professional-looking appearance. It offers better control and improved understanding of how staffing and transactions are done.
